What are the Traditional Wooden Boat Types?
Gulets are the most well-known wooden yachts. As a result, when wood is discussed, Gulets come to mind first. Gulets have a very attractive design. There is normally a huge dining room with tables and seating places. In the front, there is also plenty of room and cushions for sunbathing. Gulet cabins are in front of the saloon. The crew room, storage, and galley are normally located below the aft deck. The main advantage of this structure is that, because to its low construction, the guests are closer to the water.
Aynakic: The stern sections of the boat we name Aynakic are not circular, which distinguishes it from Gulets. The stern of these boats is angular and taller. The master (primary) cabin is usually located beneath the back deck of these boats, which are also known as Ketch type. Cabins are located beneath the fore and aft decks in this structure, which has the saloon and engine room in the center of the yacht. Apart from that, all the other attributes are nearly identical to those of the Gulet.
Tirhandil: For sailing, Tirhandil is the best wooden boat. It’s an old species with a classic, appealing appearance. Those who choose to go by sail enjoy it because it does not provide such large living spaces.
